Before designing your company's business cards stop and consider all the possible uses for that one simple card. Although there are many business card styles to choose from, do any of them utilize coupons? If not, perhaps you should consider them to help meet your marketing needs.

 

Last year over 6.5 billion coupons, valued at nearly $4 million were redeemed by consumers, making it quite obvious that targeted coupons can drive sales and increase consumer loyalty. Although there are many unique benefits to coupon marketing, a good way to start may be by having a simple coupon on the back of your business card. Take a look at several business cards for examples. Do any of them offer discounts on their cards?

 

Once you’ve decided to get in the coupon marketing game, you can use your business cards with coupons on them to get a feel for how your customers react to coupons. If you start seeing a lot come in, start using coupon marketing to target specific groups, such as a community, postal code, gender, time frame, etc. Then track these coupons to receive instant feedback on the success of individual promotions. Just think, all this is possible and all it took was a simple addition to your business cards.
